Implementation
The central IT management tool “Merlin” ensures intelligent charging control and network sharing – for optimized energy costs and extended ranges. Merlin offers an advanced solution for load management in fleets of electric vehicles, in particular by effectively reducing peak loads, also known as peak shaving.
Merlin intelligently adjusts the charging speed and charge level of the vehicles. The platform takes timetables into account and ensures that each vehicle is charged exactly as required for the planned routes.
Charging cooperations
Merlin encourages the formation of a network among fleet operators through a sharing platform that allows external partners to submit charging requests.
